Harry Kolb is one of the foremost experts on luxury residential real estate in Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Hope Ranch. In addition to his busy career, Harry has been honored to serve as a trustee on numerous local boards including The Montecito Association, Gana Walska Lotusland, and Casa del Herrero. Harry is also the co-creator of the George Washington Smith Society, a group made up of the owners of homes designed by the noted architect who enjoy sharing their experiences living in these special properties. Harry lives in Montecito and is actively involved in numerous local organizations including Lotusland, Casa del Herrero, Ferrari Owner’s Club, and the Santa Barbara Yacht Club.

After receiving a BA in marketing from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Harry became a marketing consultant with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. After 10 years in Denver and Vail, Harry could not wait to get back to Montecito where he had spent such wonderful summers as a youth.
