Chamise Morgenrath grew up in a family of real estate investors which has inspired her to help people with their real estate transactions. In her first year of real estate, Chamise had an impressive six sales compared to the average real estate agent who on average completes one to two sales in the first year.

Chamise is committed to personal evolution and has been involved with Landmark Education for over 20 years. She also attended the College of Hypnotherapy in 2014 receiving her certificate in hypnotherapy. She continues to study different healing modalities like reiki and intuitive healing. She enjoys staying active with outrigger teams, softball, soccer, hiking, paddle boarding, wake boarding and yoga.
Staying involved with the community is close to her heart. She has volunteered with the Arthritis Foundation, Santa Barbara Century, Food Bank and Domestic Violence Solutions.
