He was the #1 top producing agent at McGuire Real Estate (Downtown) in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007 and #2 in 2008 (Sotheby’s International Realty does not rank its agents as a matter of course).
Working as business manager and licensed assistant to Rob Levy, Samantha Yu comes to Sotheby’s International Realty with over a decade’s worth of experience in real estate administration, property management and bookkeeping. Samantha’s extensive administrative knowledge along with her adept and efficient use of technology brings Rob’s clients both transactional surety, speed and efficiency, while delivering pertinent information effectively in an ever changing environment.

As a native of San Francisco growing up in the North Beach district, Samantha takes active part in the Chinese Community and has served alongside her Father, (Past) President of the Hop Wo and member of the Yee Fung Toy Family Association. With family ties to small businesses in San Francisco, Samantha has gained strong business and interpersonal skills forging long lasting relationships within the community. Samantha also speaks fluent Cantonese.
