After graduating from U.C. Berkeley in 1982, Todd Gray worked in a variety of capacities with the Chevron Corporation. The last was in an area of property valuation and marketing, which paved the way for his transition into the San Francisco residential real estate industry in 1988. Much has happened in the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area real estate market since then, and Todd has been there to experience all of it. That experience directly benefits the clients he works so diligently for. Todd has had years of hands-on experience in the renovation of properties for profit, and knows what is and is not worth doing, and to what extent, for the maximum return. He has personally taken property through the complex condominium-conversion process and has access to the best industry resources to ensure that the right decisions are made in a timely manner. Todd has also successfully navigated the probate sale process in San Francisco on behalf of clients, and again, can provide access to the best, most appropriate professionals, as necessary. Over the years, throughout all the transactions, Todd’s dedication to his clients has remained his highest priority.
