Self-made and self-taught, Rusty Wadatz catapulted into the San Francisco real estate and design scenes very early in his career with groundbreaking projects throughout San Francisco. He has helped clients buy and sell over $80 million in real property with a portfolio that includes large residential developments, tenancies-in-common, primary residences and more.
Known for his design sense and high octane personality, Rusty prides himself on bringing a sophisticated vision to his projects. He takes inspiration from his hometown of Los Angeles where he developed a distinct aesthetic that is both bold and refined.
After moving to San Francisco, Rusty was initially drawn to the tech industry and worked as an operational assistant for what are now some of the world’s top grossing companies, including Gap, Inc. and Salesforce. During that time, he capitalized on his inherent knack for negotiating contracts and developing strategies to build those companies into global power players. Yet eventually, Rusty realized he needed a greater outlet for his creativity and made the switch to real estate and design.
Since then, Rusty has designed and sold properties ranging from efficiency studios to large luxury properties and everything in between. His unparalleled creativity and problem-solving skills have made him a vital asset to his clients, his colleagues, and his team. By continually pushing the envelope when it comes to real estate and design, Rusty has shattered neighborhood sales records, set trends for marketing, and expanded his business nationally.
