Neill is highly active in San Francisco’s luxury property market and has sold two architecturally significant mansions for $20 million each in the last five years, both of which were never listed publicly for sale. Most recently, in 2017, Neill set records in Cole Valley with a $7.5M sale, in Alamo Square with a $7.350M sale, and in Russian Hill with a $7.5M sale. In 2016, Neill sold a historic mansion in Pacific Heights for $11 million in just one week, achieving nearly 40% more than its $7.9 million asking price. Neill’s time is dedicated to selling properties in a variety of price ranges. In fact, the majority of Neill’s sales are in the $2M to $10M range, where the market is most active.
Neill has also set numerous sales records in San Francisco’s emerging neighborhoods in a variety of price ranges. The $6.5 million sale of a modern residence in Cole Valley in 2015 eclipsed the neighborhood’s prior single-family record sale by $2 million. Also, in 2015, a $9 million sale set the new price record for a duplex in Cow Hollow for a client. Neill has also set price-per-square-foot records in Noe Valley, the Dogpatch, Alamo Square, Russian Hill and several important condominium and co-operative apartment buildings across the city.
In addition to his work, Neill volunteers his time as a lacrosse coach at Town School for Boys, is an active supporter of Town School’s Alumni Association and is a member of San Francisco’s Olympic Club.
A San Francisco native, Neill attended Town School for Boys and St. Ignatius College Preparatory. He also studied at Georgetown Preparatory School and earned his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, where he played on its NCAA Division I Lacrosse Team.
Neill currently lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
