A member of the California Bar since 2008, Natasha began her real estate career as a construction defect litigation attorney where she represented developers and contractors in complex construction litigation suits throughout Northern and Central California.
Coming from a family of developers, Natasha later moved into residential real estate development, with a focus on luxury single-family homes. Using her construction expertise and keen eye for quality control, she has designed and developed multiple luxury homes throughout San Francisco and continues to focus on these development projects today. Natasha also owns and manages several apartment buildings in the City, for which she maintains a comprehensive knowledge of landlord-tenant law and San Francisco Rent Board regulations.
With her extensive knowledge of the San Francisco market, Natasha joined Sotheby’s International Realty to assist clients, not only with the buying and selling of homes, but also with development and renovation projects of their own. Natasha frequently helps clients identify and assess development opportunities from a value standpoint as well as with respect to the complex codes and regulations imposed by the San Francisco Planning and Building Department. She also works with homeowners to identify potential pre-sale renovations that will help achieve the highest returns on the sale of their properties.
Natasha was born in Marin County and grew up in London. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree at Tufts University, followed by a law degree from UC Hastings. She has long been a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, and is a member of the San Francisco Apartment Association as well as the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. She spends much of her free time with her two terrier pups, and is an avid skier and tennis player. She has lived in San Francisco for 15 years and plans on making the City her lifelong home.
