Lucy Phillips is a Bay Area native with a deep love for this city. San Francisco is constantly reinventing itself and she makes it a priority to know what’s new, whether it’s an obscure city ordinance or the next best restaurant. Lucy studied politics and urban development in college and applies these learnings every day as political and cultural shifts affect the housing market. In addition to knowing the city’s civic and social history, figuring out what’s next is an essential piece of a real estate investment strategy. But don’t get Lucy wrong, she also loves a beautiful house.
When Lucy is not scouring the market for new gems and opportunities, she loves hiking, snowboarding, cooking for friends and participating in “book club”. Lucy speaks baseball and Chinese, one of which she learned growing up in a Giants household, the other of which she learned through seven years of schooling and a semester living abroad in Shanghai. Lucy loves to travel, but after every adventure she always finds herself excited to return home to the City by the Bay.
