Seamless and successful transactions are the hallmark of Lee Suero’s philosophy. Her relationships with her clients are built on trust, communication, education and performance. Lee’s natural ability to connect and understand her clients’ needs, paired with a deep market knowledge, enables her to bring focus to the home buying and selling process.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Lee was a member of a top producing San Francisco real estate team, generating $20-60 million in annual sales. During this time, Lee developed her reputation as a skilled-negotiator and a hands-on, trusted advisor whose patience and persistence benefited clients at every level. Lee began her real estate career in 2009 during a recession and a very turbulent market. During this time, Lee developed the specific skills to help her clients succeed even in a distressed market; she has successfully represented both sellers and buyers in foreclosures, short sales, and regular sales.
Her expertise regarding San Francisco’s unique and challenging real estate market has helped Lee to successfully close deals of all property types. Whether they be TIC’s, condos, single family homes, multi-unit buildings, or investment properties, Lee has the experience and resources to ensure her clients’ success.
Before practicing real estate, Lee worked in San Francisco’s garment industry where her clients’ territories ranged from Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Having served a diverse range of buyer’s needs, she was able to successfully represent both foreign and domestic clothing lines; her clients were buyers ranging from boutique children stores to larger department stores, such as Nordstrom. Determining clients’ needs and providing detailed and specific inventory for clients’ success is a mastery she soon developed. Working with her clients, while envisioning solutions for their business needs is a small part of the foundation that she has transferred to her real estate success.
Lee Suero is a graduate of Creighton University. Raised in the Midwest, she has lived in San Francisco for 24 years. As a single mom, she raised her son in San Francisco, successfully navigating the school process. Now grown, he is a recent college graduate and working in the biotech industry. Lee resides in the Lake District and has been active in the community; she has been a long-term volunteer with both St. Anne of the Sunset and St. Ignatius churches. When not working, Lee enjoys cooking and honing her culinary skills, or enjoying nature walks in gorgeous Lands End or Crissy Field.
