Elizabeth is a California native with a unique experience. Her past experience and ingenuity has led her to work with the Commercial Attaché Officer at the U.S. Embassy and with the U.S. Aid Office in Central America during a time of Civil War. Keeping the need and passion to help others, with integrity, the art of negotiation, and a high caliber of professionalism. On her return to California, she owned and operated a Real Estate Franchise where she recruited, hired, trained and managed sales personnel specializing in Bank Owned properties, and short sales in Orange County and Los Angeles County, completing hundreds of transactions. Today, Elizabeth is a seasoned Broker Associate and an expert in her field. She sees the field at every level: residential listings & sales, commercial office leasing, as well as income properties and multi-unit transactions.
Although Elizabeth has a discerning eye for interior design and extensive knowledge of the loan process, her specialty is advising clients selling real estate. Her attention to detail and authentic people skills, helps guide her clients during all stages in life, in all price ranges: from first time buyers to empty nesters. The home purchase or sale may be an individual’s largest financial transaction.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor in Pre-Law, at National University, and her Master’s in Business Administration from West Texas A&M. This higher educational background has complemented her knowledge and understanding of legal aspects, due diligence, and contract law. Extending her knowledge with an MBA has given her the capacity to employ her skills in project management, leadership, finance, marketing, and state of art technology. She employs her wisdom and experience with the latest in digital technology, and unrelenting work ethic.
Success in real estate is dependent upon referrals and that is why she is a member of both the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and attends their conventions to stay current with the latest in technology and best practices.
