A fifth generation Californian, Scott O’Brien brings more than 25 years of diverse experience to each of his real estate transactions. Upon graduating from college, Scott worked in the design and building industry prior to becoming the Managing Partner of a San Francisco Commercial interior/architectural design firm.
Scott's interest in real estate led him to join the San Francisco office of Grubb & Ellis where he was awarded "Rookie of the Year" and later the Honolulu office of CB Richard Ellis representing clients in the lease, purchase and sale of commercial real estate. In 1998, Scott became real estate manager for Castle Medical Center, Kailua (Oahu), Hawaii where he was responsible for the development of two medical office buildings and a portfolio of residential and commercial properties owned by the hospital. Upon returning to California in 2007, Scott joined Alain Pinel Realtors and, in 2015, joined Sotheby's International Realty specializing in Monterey Peninsula Real Estate.
In addition to Scott's experience representing clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and residential real estate, he has personally purchased and developed multiple residential and commercial properties and still continues to be an active real estate investor today.
When not working with his valued clients, Scott enjoys playing golf and tennis.
