Piper Loomis brings a deep passion for Pacific Grove, California, along with in-depth knowledge of finance and construction and a willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. He specializes in single-family homes and commercial property ranging from $400,000 to $4 million and helps clients invest in positive-cash-flow rental properties. Later, while developing a subdivision in Marina in 2004, Piper reconnected with his enthusiasm for real estate and learned how to navigate complex deals and work with city and local officials.
Piper thoroughly enjoys being a real estate agent, which takes him from the stately mansions overlooking the crashing surf in Pebble Beach to the courthouse steps in Salinas.
Prior to joining Bratty and Bluhm, Piper taught English and history at at Pacific Grove High School for 20 years. When he’s not buying and selling homes, Piper writes songs, coaches baseball and softball, plays golf, swims and hangs out with his wife, Elena, and his two daughters, Elizabeth and Caroline.
“I really listen to my clients so I can find out what they truly want. I like to show them a lot of different houses so that they can understand the market before they make their big decision. I want my clients to feel totally comfortable.”
