Peggy Smith brings her sharp listening skills and deep understanding and appreciation of California’s Pacific Grove and the Monterey Peninsula to her work as a Sotheby’s International Realty agent.
Peggy has lived in Pacific Grove since 1983, raised her four sons there and knows the community from the ground up. Active in school, church and community activities for 25 years, she can answer most questions about living in Pacific Grove from the perspective of a local resident.
Peggy started in real estate in 2002 and learned the ropes as an administrative assistant to a top-producing broker in Pacific Grove. She subsequently earned her real estate license and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Working with husband, Joe Smith, she has completed more than 50 transactions ranging from $350,000 to $2.5 million. She relishes the challenges and triumphs of her job. One of her greatest assets is making herself available to her clients and listening to their concerns.
Peggy volunteers for children’s ministries at her church, reads, listens to classical guitar and visits her grandchildren in Seattle. “I love helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dream. I also love serving the out-of-town buyers who have dreamed of moving here for years or having their own vacation home here.”
