With an honors business degree, Paul honed his strong financial and analytical skills while earning his Chartered Accountant (CPA) designation from the Toronto, Canada and Dublin, Ireland offices of KPMG, one of the largest professional and financial services companies in the world. While at KPMG, Paul also spent time in the Business Valuations practice refining his ability to accurately assess the fair market value of public and private companies.
After KPMG, Paul spent over a decade at Pebble Beach Company both as the Director of Finance and later the Director of Revenue Management where his negotiation, analytical, valuation and customer service skills enabled him to generate a $100 million annual revenue.
Paul initially entered the real estate industry as a resort real estate consultant, completing highest and best use feasibility studies for high-end housing developments in Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California and Mexico. He transitioned into residential real estate and provides his clients with the competitive advantage of having a dedicated consultant with a solid business background as a partner. His tailored approach of focusing on strategically finding buyers for his listings is a unique way to sell homes for top dollar and quickly.
Paul lives in Carmel Woods with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Liam, where they count themselves lucky to call such a beautiful place home. Paul and his family enjoy spending their time hiking and biking down in Big Sur, playing tennis, swimming, working on their home, building things, cooking and traveling. Paul played competitive golf in the past and is trying to find his swing again while balancing coaching his son’s local soccer, basketball and baseball teams.
