Paige Crowley holds a California real estate Broker's license, has worked in Carmel real estate since 1998, and has a diverse array of experience and skills which provide her clients with compelling advantages.
As the previous Marketing Director for two prominent Carmel real estate companies, Paige was responsible for strategic marketing initiatives that directed the sales of hundreds of millions of dollars in luxury property transactions.
In 2015 and 2016, Paige was a broker on a top-producing Carmel team with cumulative sales of over $2.5 billion, including $145,000,000 in real estate transactions in 2015 alone. She’s also been an individual top producer, in the ranks of a select group of agents around the globe.
Paige’s experience has shown that marketing and negotiation, on a personalized, individual basis generates the highest price possible for her sellers - and the best price and terms for her buyers. Customized care and personal attention is what each individual client - and each individual property - deserve.
“Representing sellers - and seekers - of special homes is a passion,” she says. “Every home for sale and every listing has a story to identify, distill, and convey - just as every buyer has a dream home and lifestyle they envision.
Facilitating this 'conversation' is a special skill.
It's about positioning a point of view.
It involves the nuances where value resides and crafting and negotiating price as well as terms.
What is your story? I'd love to know - and I'd love to help you shape your next chapter.”
A sixth-generation Californian originally from Mt. Shasta, where her ancestors drove the Stage Coach back in the 1850s, Paige was educated on the East Coast, graduating from Phillips Academy, Andover, and Hampshire College of the 5-College Consortium in Amherst. She also studied photography at the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
Before returning to her home state in 1998, Paige worked in Publishing in New York City as well as in the Fashion Industry; while based in the Nation's Capital, she worked on policy, Presidential campaigns, and documentary film production in Washington, DC, primarily for FRONTLINE on PBS.
Like many of her clients, Paige relishes the rare combination of nature and nurture afforded by the enchanting alchemy of Carmel. A favorite activity is to be in both Carmel and the cyber salon, watching LIVE from the NYPL. Paige can often be found strolling the ocean bluffs, as well as leveraging tech to connect and serve community, colleagues, and clients around the globe.
