Having lived in the Carmel, California, area since 1975, Ellen possesses the local knowledge necessary to find the perfect property for her clients. A former Pan American flight attendant who traveled around the globe, she chose the Monterey Peninsula as her home and treasures living in what she calls “this amazing haven.”
Throughout her life, Ellen has brought sensitivity and self-assuredness to her service roles and built bridges to individuals in different cultures and environments. She earned a degree in communication at Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., and has the developed the ability to identify her clients’ needs, negotiate and bring people together to complete transactions. She is committed to serving her clients.
A member of the Professional Women’s Network of the Monterey Peninsula since 1995 as well as the Women’s Council of Realtors and numerous other organizations, Ellen is a master networker. She learned lessons about retirement through the experience of her parents and now serves as a resource for 50-year plus clients who are making a life transition or buying for retirement or the future.
Ellen’s passion for interior design, architecture, gardens, light and color led her into the real estate profession. She earned a Green Building for Realtors credential, which complements her appreciation of the relationship between space and nature that she gained from working in Japan, Hong Kong, China and Tibet.
