Elaine’s real estate knowledge and expertise extends from entry level to luxury homes and investment properties. Area expertise ranges from the coastal communities of Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, and other Peninsula towns to the inland communities of Carmel Valley, the Salinas Monterey Highway, and Salinas.
Elaine’s real estate career began with a passion for people and places leading to a BA degree in Urban Geography. In 1983, Elaine joined the distinguished Orange County-based real estate economic consulting firm, Alfred Gobar Associates, as a field analyst and research associate. Elaine’s powers of observation and information gathering skills were honed at AGA as she participated in a wide range of market research and feasibility studies throughout California and elsewhere. The results of Elaine’s real estate market investigations were instrumental in critical decision making of developers and investors for of a wide range of real estate - attached and detached housing, retail, hotels, office, master-planned communities, and specialty land uses. Later, as a freelance real estate market researcher, Elaine’s focus was primarily residential real estate research for major developers such as The Koll Company, Catellus Development, Woodbridge Development, Bramalea California, Santa Clara Development, Centex Homes, Mission Land Company, and many others.
Elaine's real estate sales career began in Southern California’s Inland Empire before relocating her business to the Monterey Peninsula. Like many residents of the Monterey Peninsula, Elaine and her husband fell in love with the area on a visit to the Pro-Am Golf Tournament at Pebble Beach. Privileged to live here in the late 1970s, and once again since 2001, Elaine is continually inspired by the beauty, culture, and lifestyle of this very special place.
Elaine is married to her high school sweetheart, Morris. They have two grown children and three beautiful grandkids. In her spare time Elaine enjoys tennis, walking her dogs, reading, traveling ,and exploring the beauty and wonder of the beautiful Monterey Peninsula.
