They regularly rank in the top 1% of NRT, the company that operates Sotheby's International Realty, which has 960 offices in 72 countries and territories and over 22,000 independent sales associates.

Wailani, a ‘people person’ exhibits special skills in the care of clients and helps bring buyers together. She is a member in the Women's Council of Realtors and AREAA Asian Real Estate Association of America. Wailani is also very active in church.
