Originally from Toronto, Canada, Penelope Stipanovich spent the first 15 years of her real estate career in New York City, specializing in the sales and marketing of new development condominiums.
As sales manager for some of the most successful new developments on the Brooklyn waterfront, Penelope achieved record breaking prices for Brooklyn and was involved in over $500 million in sales. She became a top producer by not just staying informed and on the ground-floor of market trends, but from knowing that real estate is rooted in relationships. To Penelope, the most fulfilling aspect of real estate was transcribing her experience and knowledge into the comfort and security she works vigorously to provide to each of her clients. Penelope helps her clients succeed with her acute ability to interpret the finer details of local markets, adjusting to their unique goals, and by creating a plan that is both personalized and efficient.
Penelope has quickly taken advantage of the unique and robust Southern California housing market since having relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 and joining the Beverly Hills office of Sotheby’s International Realty. Currently residing in LA’s Mount Washington neighborhood (with her husband, their 12-year-old son and their terrier), Penelope has invested in properties in the exploding enclaves of Highland Park and the Downtown Arts District.
“This is an exciting time, full of potential for anyone ready to buy or sell here in the Los Angeles area. My main focus as a real estate professional is to help potential buyers and sellers make informed decisions and ultimately realize their real estate dreams,” she notes.
Penelope speaks fluent French and Greek and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.
