An entrepreneur at heart, Patrick Moulton has launched and managed multiple startups. He was the first investor to help finance the successful launch of Sellbrite, a software for e-retailers who drop-ship using multiple brands’ websites. Patrick is a currently a graduate student at USC’s Marshall School of Business Executive MBA program.
Patrick’s career experience before real estate was focused on e-commerce marketing and advertising. Working in e-commerce as a consultant, his first entry into real estate was working with e-commerce companies on their warehouse and distribution strategies. Responsibilities included analysis of data to determine optimal site location, negotiating leases, and working with the local city halls to complete permitting and certificate of occupancy approvals.
In 2016, Patrick recognized that the knowledge gained in the MBA program could be used to identify and execute real estate investment opportunities and he began to help his contacts with residential real estate opportunities. His specialty is data analysis and helping clients find homes in Los Angeles that are the best fit for their dreams and personal situations.
Patrick is a licensed real estate agent in California and is also currently obtaining certifications in Real Estate Development from UCLA which focuses on Construction, Refurbishment, Appraisal and Financing. His focus is to find amazing property deals for real estate buyers and developers by applying lessons learned from the USC MBA program.
Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA with a specialization in Business Administration. He is a Los Angeles native and resides in the Westside of LA.
