Pamella Whitham is a Los Angeles native who has been a Malibu resident for more than 30 years. A graduate of Rutgers University, she worked for a few years in New York City and Westchester County before returning to Los Angeles. After working in Neurological research at UCLA, she began the real estate career which she has successfully enjoyed for over two decades. She is a licensed broker who pursues her business with dedication to her clients many of who have become close personal friends. Her clients often are referrals from past clients which is a testament to the quality of her care for her clients. Her network stretches all over the L.A. area.
Pam and her husband have built three architectural homes in Malibu. The understanding of municipal, county and state entities is helpful when working with clients who wish to build or remodel. She tends to look at things through the eyes of the client which helps her to be sensitive to their perspectives.
Pamella has been an active member of the brokerage community and was voted by them to be Realtor of the Year in 2016. She has contributed her time and expertise by serving on the Realtors’ Ethics and Arbitration Committee. In addition, she is an avid supporter of breast cancer research and has participated in 18 Susan G. Komen and other related events. “As a survivor,” says Pamella, “I am both grateful and committed to giving back by donating my time and raising funds for the cause.”
