Nicolas Kublicki is a Broker Associate in the Beverly Hills office of Sotheby's International Realty.
A native of Los Angeles, Nick graduated from the Lycée Français de Los Angeles and obtained a Bachelor's degree from UCLA, a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and a Master's degree in Environmental Law from George Washington University. He is fluent in French.
Nick began his real estate career in 1994 as a real estate finance attorney in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger. In 1997, he joined the Beverly Hills law firm of Ervin, Cohen & Jessup LLP as a real estate transactional attorney and was made a partner in 2002. As a lawyer, Nick represented a variety of American and international clients, from individuals, to developers, to multi-billion dollar companies, concentrating on the due diligence, purchase, sale, leasing and construction of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States, totaling over $2 billion in completed real estate transactions.
Nick has taught Real Estate Transactions as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law annually since 2002. Since leaving his law firm in 2003, he has managed and expanded a portfolio of apartment buildings in Los Angeles.
He is president of the St. Vincent de Paul Society charity in Beverly Hills, vice president of the Holmby Park of Los Angeles Advisory Board and a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
