Mica Campbell is a top producing agent who works with buyers and sellers in Los Angeles. Before joining Sotheby’s International Realty, she was regularly in the top 5% of agents at Keller Williams and was named Rookie of the Year in her first year of real estate. She has close to ten years of experience as a full-time Realtor and bought and renovated her first home when she was only twenty-six.
But who is she really and why should you choose her to represent you on the sale or purchase of your home?
Mica is a marketer: Your home stands out and sells for top dollar. Her background as a marketing executive is yours to leverage. She is a skilled negotiator: whether buying or selling, her goal is to get you the best possible deal. She is an investor: She has owned multiple homes and income properties. She believes in the value of real estate when building wealth. She is an advisor: passionate about emerging neighborhoods, architecture, and the concept of home. That passion drives her relationships with her clients and their experiences buying or selling a home.
Prior to real estate, Mica worked in marketing and advertising for some amazing digital brands while they were young. She worked at DailyCandy in New York City, where she even wrote their very first Travel edition, then Fandango and Deadline once she moved to Los Angeles. Some fun facts: while attending college at Kent State University, she once bummed around Europe for a summer touring with an indie punk band. She married her (almost) high school sweetheart – as he tells it, he tried to get her to date him for two years. They finally got together in their 30s and tied the knot in 2014. She, her husband, and their dog, Tyler, do a great road trip in their trusty Volvo wagon, but someday they’ll be hitting the highway in her dream car, a ‘68 Camaro SS.
Mica works all over the Los Angeles area, from Santa Monica to Pasadena and everything in between. She stays on top of neighborhood growth patterns and “up and coming” markets like it’s her job.
