Kevin Kelly’s recent clients describe him best, "We have worked with multiple realtors over the years, but Kevin is far and away the best we've worked with. He's kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It's hard to find someone who is honest, loyal and effective - and that's exactly what Kevin is!"
Kevin has always had a passion for design and building. After he graduated from college, he started with his brother’s construction company as he also pursued a career in the entertainment industry. He worked for over fifteen years in the construction industry, which included the opportunity to manage the design and development phases of a large condominium project and a LEED certified performing arts theatre. Kevin found it an easy transition to transfer that talent and passion from construction and development into selling real estate full-time. He finds his prior experience invaluable for his clients as he helps them visualize the possibilities of a space both creatively and financially, whether they are buying a new home or preparing one for sale. For close to ten years, he has sold numerous single-family homes, condos and multi-unit buildings both in Chicago and all over Los Angeles, including many of his own homes that he has rehabbed and sold.
His business is almost exclusively referral-based or repeat clients, mostly since he provides one on one, white-glove customer service no matter the price point. Always enthusiastic, Kevin is an excellent problem-solver, skilled negotiator and can adapt to each property’s unique marketing requirements. He also creates a collaborative and fun work environment with his clients, which often turns the relationships into lifelong friends.
Kevin is the youngest of five kids, born and raised in the city of Chicago. He currently lives on the Westside of Los Angeles with his wife, their twins and their dog, Buddy. Outside his busy hours, he enjoys spending valuable time with his family, volunteering at his children’s school and spending time in the mountains and traveling, especially to his family house in Ireland.
