Raised in Half Moon Bay, CA and a graduate of UC Santa Cruz, Jessica Stefan Wibberley relocated to Los Angeles in 1999 and has been a resident of Malibu and Santa Monica ever since. Her passion for helping others, along with her love of the area and community, led to a natural progression of pursuing a career in real estate.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Jessica attained over 15 years of experience as an executive assistant providing personally attentive and thorough support to successful individuals. Her background in the hospitality industry, working as the personal assistant to a founding partner of Nobu, provided her with extensive experience working with, and understanding of the needs of, discerning clients. In addition, Jessica gained a strong reputation for being trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.
Jessica’s vision includes building strong relationships with clients and with other agents through honesty and integrity. She is known for her down to earth nature and the sense of trust she brings out amongst those she meets. Jessica is dedicated to listening to clients' needs to find the best home for them, gaining top exposure for sellers, and utilizing strong negotiating skills to achieve the best result for clients.
With a passion for environmental issues, Jessica served as the administrator for the Malibu/West LA Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation for many years and was awarded the chapter’s Making Waves award in 2006. She continues to involve herself in environmental education and is currently working to obtain NAR Green Designation from the Green Resource Council.
Jessica also has ties to the large British ex-pat community in Santa Monica, as her husband is a London native. She offers a unique perspective of the area to potential international buyers, integrating her husband’s experience of moving to LA over ten years ago. She can help navigate the adjustment that comes with an international move, including learning about the variety of neighborhoods, local businesses, how to best enjoy the city, school systems, and more.
When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, baking, and hosting gatherings at her home. She also enjoys traveling and seeing new places and has spent time abroad living in the U.K. and New Zealand.
