Frank Andriolo offers clients 30 years of experience buying and selling real estate in Los Angeles. He will guide you through the adventure of buying or selling a home, from understanding the scope of a project to estimating the realistic costs involved from start to finish. He will also help you identify homes that already have “good bones”, homes that are worth renovating, as well as when it’s time to move on and keep looking.
Frank's experience extends beyond buying and selling homes. He went to UCLA for landscape architecture and owned and operated LA Lawn and Garden for over 30 years, a company that still exists today. While landscape design fueled Frank’s creative ambitions, selling real estate has always been his passion.
Frank got into real estate with the move to Los Angeles, the city of his dreams, in the late '80s. There, he purchased his first fixer/home in Silverlake, and has lived and owned homes in Los Feliz, Hancock Park, West Hollywood and Palm Springs.
Whether you’re looking for a fixer, turnkey home or something in between, Frank will make sure he understands your wants and needs to find a perfect fit and leave you thrilled with your decision.
If you are looking for someone who is dedicated, committed and able to guide you through the adventure of buying or selling your home, then you have found your agent. Frank’s enthusiasm is contagious.
