Devin Saylor is a second generation Los Angeleno and Santa Monica resident who is extremely passionate about living in this world-renowned city. Over the span of her close to thirty-year career, she has closed over $1.5 billion in sales and $500 million in financing across three continents.
Her diverse real estate experience involves everything from the sale of a one bedroom condo to a $2 billion ground up master planned development project with 4,500 residential units, two hotels, office towers, retail and a waterfront promenade. And, everything in between.
Devin’s decades of residential and commercial real estate experience enables her to accurately establish prices, understand and capitalize on market trends, develop successful sales strategies and negotiate highly complex transactions.

She joined zipRealty at the inception, one of the first online real estate companies, which grew to be a publicly traded company where she was in charge of all online marketing and partnerships. This has given her a thorough foundation in social media and all Internet marketing. Thus, the creation of a home’s effective and comprehensive marketing strategy is her expertise.

Devin earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning from the University of Southern California. She began her career with Arthur Andersen (formerly one of the “Big Five” accounting firms) helping to launch the Asia Pacific Real Estate consulting practice based in Hong Kong.
