Arielle decided to become a real estate agent after going through the process of relocating from Europe to the US in 2007. Upon arrival, Arielle and her family leased a duplex then purchased a home in Hancock Park and, in a very short period of time, she had to familiarize herself with the practical and financial aspects of leasing and buying. Which area to pick in LA? Safety, walkability and schools? How to find financing, banks or private lenders? How to get preapproved? What to provide along with an offer? What are contingencies and what’s involved in removing them? What type of inspections to pick?
After learning the rules and regulations of California versus Switzerland and the ins and outs of the LA real estate market first-hand, Arielle is the perfect candidate to help, guide and assist - not just ex-pats - but anyone who wants to lease or buy or sell a property here in LA.
In Arielle's previous career, she was a production manager in the music industry, dealing with hundreds of bands and their managers, accountants and technicians. She gained the skills to be highly organized and firm, but flexible at the same time. She loved music, of course, but had to juggle with numbers and contracts and make sure everybody's goals and interests would be achieved and respected so that bands, producers and audiences were all satisfied in their specific requests, needs and ambitions.
Today, Arielle's life is similar - homes in a way, replaced music. Goals and interests have to be reached and satisfied as well, especially considering that the purchase or the sale of a home is one of the most important decisions of our lives and one of our biggest investments. But buying a home is not just a financial transaction - it’s a place to live, love and grow – that’s why she enjoys working with clients to help fulfill their dreams.
