Phyllis was raised in Pleasantville and Chappaqua and is a current resident of Cortlandt Manor. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport, and is a RRI Certified Relocation Specialist. Additionally, she has earned numerous awards including silver, gold, platinum and diamond from the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Her hobbies include needlework, sewing, travel and taking care of her two Cocker Spaniels.
