Ondrea Schiciano is a native of Westchester County. She currently resides in Goldens Bridge with her husband and two children. While growing up, Ondrea lived in Rye Brook and then Harrison. She also worked as an intern at the Rye Town Hilton.

Ondrea's entire educational and professional career has been dedicated to the real estate industry. She graduated with honors from Cornell University's world-renowned School of Hotel Administration, where she focused on real estate and property valuation studies. Following graduation, Ondrea was appointed Senior Consultant, Business Consulting with Arthur Andersen in Chicago, where she performed deal analysis, financial studies and market research for real estate development projects. Then she was appointed Director of Development for North America, Canada and Caribbean with Hyatt Development Corporation in Chicago.

Upon marrying and moving to Michigan, Ondrea joined Acquest Realty Advisors, where she managed a portfolio of lodging properties valued at $100 million. She then turned her focus toward residential real estate as Vice President of The Dover Group, responsible for asset management of eight apartment complexes, totaling over 3,000 units in three states.

Upon returning to Westchester in 2004, Ondrea formed Levitt Real Estate Services, a consulting firm providing services for commercial and residential real estate businesses.

Ondrea and her family travel throughout Westchester on a daily basis. Her children attend ThisleWaithe Learning Center, Montessori and the Children's Center for arts, crafts and music. Ondrea is also a member at the Saw Mill Club, where she enjoys tennis and exercising while her son attends the day camp. Ondrea's husband is Vice President of a family-owned insurance agency in Yonkers. The Schicianos like to walk around the reservoir, attend festivals in downtown Katonah and bike along northern Westchester's scenic trails.
