Servicing the Westchester communities of Chappaqua, Briarcliff Manor, Ossining, Croton, Pleasantville and the Hudson River Towns, she offers marketing savvy, in-depth community knowledge and a sophisticated understanding of the buying process to her clients. As a real estate investor, she has renovated five historical homes with an excellent return on investment and brings a hands-on knowledge of how to achieve high-impact renovations. With her extensive experience in luxury and unique properties, Nancy has marketed significant country estates, sumptuous town homes, notable antiques and Hudson River mansions.

As an entrepreneur, Nancy had her own management consulting business, where she worked with all organizational levels including many CEOs. Long-term clients included Time, Inc., The New York Times Company, Reed Exhibition Company, Scholastic, as well as the Boston office of McKinsey and Company, the consulting firm.

Nancy, who has a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science from Rice University, is an expert in managing change and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality profile used extensively in sales and management. Negotiation, communication and problem solving are just some of the skills acquired in the corporate arena helpful to her real estate clients.

For fun she authored two books published by Pocket Books, Memories of a Midwestern Farm, about her experiences growing up and cooking on an Indiana farm, and A Garden’s Grace, a how-to premier based on her gardening experiences in the historic Sparta section of Ossining.
