David believes clear communication with buyers, sellers and his fellow agents is the key to a successful transaction. He always tries to meet the needs of his customers and clients.

After a 23-year career in the entertainment industry, including 10 years at ABC Television, David moved to Northern Westchester in 1997 and began his highly successful real estate career as a full-time agent in 1999. David currently resides in Katonah and actively lists and sells properties in Armonk, Bedford, Katonah, Pound Ridge, Mt. Kisco, Somers and North Salem and South Salem.

With his interest in local history and architecture, and a passion for expressing his enthusiasm, David has enjoyed enormous success and has grown his business to more than $30 million in the last 24 months. He genuinely enjoys people and educating them about the marketplace.

As an active member of the community, David participates in numerous community organizations including Katonah Village Improvement Society, Bedford Historical Society and the Katonah Rotary. Outside of his life in real estate, David is an avid sportsman. Sailing, skiing and surfing are just a few of his favorite activities, in addition to coaching his son's soccer, sailing and hockey teams.
