After an initial ski trip, Stephanie Bourgette packed up her family and moved to Sun Valley in 1975 to “try it for a year”. Her family is grown, but she is still here! She says she loves the area and there just is no better place to live. Licensed in 1982, she is one of the 50 or so realtors in the Wood River Valley who actually work full time and make their living at selling real estate. She is interested in offering a full service company to her clientele so that both buyers and sellers are assured of consistent, honest, no-pressure service. She is definitely one of the top producers and feels that success is obtainable only by putting her clients’ needs first. She says sometimes it takes a couple of years to find that perfect property, but I don’t push or intimidate my clients. We just keep working together until they get their dream home.
