Mary started coming to Sun Valley for ski vacations in the 1960s and always knew that someday she would live here. That dream came true over seven years ago, and she feels it was the best move she ever made. Mary came with extensive experience in residential real estate sales, having been associated with the Windermere Madison Park office in Seattle for ten years. Prior to real estate, she gained regional and national sales and sales management expertise working for several lifestyle and real estate magazines during the 1980s. She also had an interesting and enjoyable career as head of product design and international marketing and sales director for a family-owned factory in the Philippines. Mary's diverse business background coupled with her knowledge of the amenities offered by Sun Valley and the surrounding communities enable her to effectively match the needs of her clients to the appropriate home. She also draws on her personal experience in real estate and her education in interior design to not merely identify a property but to anticipate and address her clients' requirements and concerns. Her strong work ethic has produced many loyal clients, and her contacts from the real estate magazine business has helped her build a referral system all throughout the West. Mary truly appreciates the natural beauty and the plethora of outdoor activities offered in the Sun Valley area. During the winter, she enjoys skiing the slopes of Baldy and skate skiing the numerous cross-country trails around the area. In the summer months, golf and hiking are her main interests, and she just recently took up fly-fishing. Sports are as necessary a part of Mary's life now as they were before coming to Sun Valley. She competed in sports in school and as an adult spent five years competing in triathlons and over ten years running road races. She also spent over 20 years in the ski industry teaching skiing and in ski school management. Mary's education includes Holy Names Academy, Seattle University and Pratt School of Art and Design, and she completed her interior design studies at the Pasadena/Seattle School of Interior Design.
