Martha was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, she moved to the west, living in Jackson Hole, WY and Aspen, CO. After a few years, her southern roots drew her back to Atlanta, where she began a career in real estate. Licensed since 1994, Martha was a top producer in the Atlanta market for 10 years, where she was recognized as the top listing agent in her office. While visiting Sun Valley on a ski vacation in 2003, Martha met her future husband. She moved to the valley later that same year. After working for a title company, she decided to return to the real estate business.
