Gayle Stevenson is an Idaho girl at heart. Upon graduating from UCLA with a BA in Economics, Gayle could have chosen to live and work anywhere, but after a winter term spent skiing in Sun Valley, she knew there was only one place she would be truly happy. 25 years later she is still happy living, working and raising her family in Idaho.

It was a natural choice for Gayle to begin her career in real estate in Sun Valley, eventually adding the Boise market to her area of expertise. Gayle has a unique knowledge of property in both regions and credits her success in finding just the right fit for her clients to an insider's knowledge, as she became active in both communities. Through a strong work ethic, dedication to her clients and a no-pressure attitude, she became a member of Boise's Top Producer Circle of Excellence after only nine months, doubling her production in her second year. Having lived in Sun Valley, Pocatello and Boise with her husband, Alan, whom she met on a ski slope that first winter term, she has developed a successful track record that has allowed her to help her extensive client base buy and sell a variety of properties throughout Idaho.

Recognized as a top producer, Gayle was recruited by Sotheby's International Realty. She now lives and works full time in Sun Valley and is part of Sotheby's International Realty's dynamic Sun Valley sales team.

While away from work, she and her husband can often be found with one or all of their three sons enjoying all Idaho has to offer. Whether skiing, hiking, playing tennis or investing her time in her many community volunteer activities, Gayle always gives 110%. It is this attitude that contributes to her successful real estate career and has turned her many clients into lifelong friends.
