Sotheby’s International Realty

Caron Oclassen has been working in the real estate industry since 1983. She started as a real estate facilitator for Shea Homes in Santa Clara, California. Shea Homes is one of the largest privately owned residential developers in the country. Caron worked in forward planning and as a coordinator of over 300 escrows a year. Caron went on to accept a position at AM Homes, Inc., managing design and marketing development for their award-winning subdivisions in Northern California. In the early 1990s, Caron relocated to the Wood River Valley and put her experience to work for her in her own business, Oclassen Homes, Inc., where she successfully designed, developed and built homes for sale. Caron then became a partner at the well-established Bitterroot-White Cloud Properties in 1998, which merged with another longstanding firm, Bick Norris Sampson and Mackenzie, becoming Associated Brokers of Sun Valley, LLC. Associated Brokers became the top producing real estate firm in the Wood River Valley for the next five years, garnering the attention and accepted offer to buy out the firm by Sotheby's International Realty. As one of the founding members of Associated Brokers, Caron and her partners agreed to sell their firm to Sotheby's International Realty in 2004, where she remains and is consistently one of the top producers every year.

Caron is the very proud mother of her daughter, Dayna, her son, Andy, and her new daughter-in-law, Eryn.
