After completing her education in California, Caron Oclassen became a real estate facilitator for developer clients in Santa Clara County, CA. In the min 80's she worked in forward planning and escrow coordination for a major developer in San Jose and was responsible for approximately 300 escrow closings per year until 1988. Caron then accepted a position at AM Homes, Inc. managing design, development and pricing for model home complexes and new subdivisions. While serving as advertising and public relations manager for a multi-developer project, she successfully coordinated the grand opening that generated twice the usual buyer traffic. Caron brought this previous experience to the Wood River Valley in 1993 and began working as a Realtor. Her skill set provides additional insight and augments her sales acumen and work ethic. A successful start at Coldwell Banker enabled Caron to display her abilities, leading her to a partnership at well-established Bitterroot-White Cloud Properties, which then merged with another reputable, long standing firm - Bick Norris Sampson MacKenzie, becoming Associated Brokers of Sun Valley, LLC. Caron is a proud mother of two accomplished college students. Among other interests, she enjoys introducing newcomers to the wide range of activities available to all in the beautiful surroundings of the Sun Valley area.
