Steven is a native of Southern California and attended Cal State Northridge. A world traveler, he filled the pages of almost three passports. Steven is a dedicated martial artist with over thirty years training.

He began his real estate career at Fred Sands in Santa Monica where he was a top producer. Steven worked with many Santa Monica developers and quickly earned the designation of New Homes Director.

The recession hit the Santa Monica market in the early 1990s. Seeking new challenges, Steven entered the entertainment world. In his first year out he signed with the prestigious William Morris Agency where he stayed for a number of years. Focused and dedicated, Steven worked on over one hundred feature films, television shows, and commercials.

Steven’s insight, creative nature, and love of the deal led to a new venture with the producers of the number-one rated nightly entertainment show, Access Hollywood. Steven entered into an agreement with Access Hollywood productions to co-produce a weekly docu-series.

A smart negotiator with knowledge of both the real estate industry and the entertainment world, Steven represented both property and talent in deals with MTV2, Viacom, Sony Computer Entertainment, and Vivendi Universal.
