Stephen Placial is the quintessential Southern California native. Born in Glendale and raised in and around the Los Feliz area, Stephen is an area expert with hands-on local experience.

In 1992 Stephen started his real estate career as a sales associate with the Los Feliz office of Century 21. He knew then that he had found his niche and that real estate was his passion. Within six months he was managing the brokerage and was the office's top producing agent.

It wasn't long before Stephen was recruited by Fred Sands Realtors in 1994. The move gave him access to the higher end market that he wanted and the resources to better service his clients' needs. Stephen became a force to be reckoned with over the next decade. During this time he developed a strategy of unparalleled client service, unique and effective marketing approaches, and ethical standards beyond reproach. In 2004 Stephen was recruited to join DBL Realtors, the area's market share leader. Within a year, DBL was purchased by Sotheby's International Realty.

Today, Stephen is able to offer years of local experience and expertise. He has assembled an amazing team of associates to meet and exceed his clients' expectations. He also enjoys the prestige and resources that comes with the Sotheby's International Realty name. Stephen's strive for the top carries over to his personal life, where he is an enthusiast in golf, surfing and race car driving.
