Scott Kleiman's mission is to provide his clients with the highest level of professionalism, service and integrity.

A real estate professional for 22 years, Scott graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He had 15 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the commercial photography industry in Chicago before relocating to Pasadena with his family.

Over the years, Scott has sold hundreds of millions of dollars of residential real estate. Approximately 95% of his business currently comes from past clients and referrals, and is divided nearly 50/50 between buyers and sellers.

He enjoys and finds it important to work with both buyers and sellers. Working with buyers enables him to keep his hand on the pulse of the business and better understand how buying decisions are made. This knowledge, of course, helps his sellers as well.

Scott is a Realtor with a wealth of experience and a depth of knowledge. He is a Realtor who acts as a professional partner, whether a client is buying or selling a home, or as in many cases, doing both at the same time.
