Roy Prinz has been helping his clients realize their real estate dreams in Santa Barbara since 1988. Roy serves the communities of Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Carpinteria, Summerland, Goleta, the Gaviota Coast and the Santa Ynez Valley. He is a member of both the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Boards of Realtors. Areas of expertise include residential, luxury, income, ranch and agricultural properties. Through his marketing efforts he has developed an extensive network of realtors both nationally and internationally. He has earned recognition through the National Association of Realtors as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Internet Marketing Specialist (e-PRO).

Prior to his career in real estate Roy developed a successful career in the hospitality industry. Some of those highlights include assisting his family with their resort in New England, studying at the Cornell and University of Massachusetts hotel and business schools, serving in the United States Air Force, and managing hotel and resort properties in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, Boston, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Aspen-Colorado and California.

Roy's personal interests include jazz and classical music, jazz guitar, photography, oil painting, skiing, golf, tennis, travel, reading, food and wine.
