With more than 25 years of experience as a real estate broker exclusive to the Los Angeles market, Rosanne Howard has transacted over $400 million in property sales during her career.

A top-producing agent for Sotheby’s International Realty since 1996, Rosanne specializes in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and condominiums on the Westside of Los Angeles including Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Sunset Strip and Westwood.

Prior to joining the company, Rosanne was associated for nine years with a Los Angeles firm that also specialized in the marketing of exclusive area properties.

Currently, she serves as President of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, with jurisdiction of five contiguous cities, and has been on its Board of Directors for six years. She has also been a Director of the California Association of Realtors for four years and is Vice-Chair of its Housing Affordability Committee.

Active in community affairs, Rosanne raised $100,000 to build a Habitat for Humanity home in 2004, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles. She is also involved in the American Foundation for Aids Research, Aids Project Los Angeles and the American Heart Association.

Rosanne earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology from Skidmore College and a master’s degree in genetics from Purdue University. The results of her research on genetic mutations have been published in the periodical Genetics.
