As a real estate loan officer for over 10 years, Rhea listened to her clients' desires to buy or improve their most important assets and solved the problems necessary to realize their goals. As one of the many professionals involved in any real estate transaction, she learned to anticipate the inevitable roadblocks along the way. As a real estate agent, the process still comes down to listening and solving problems with the highest level of dedication and service to clients.

Rhea and her husband, Steve, have lived in many of Santa Barbara's unique neighborhoods since 1981, and have been Hope Ranch homeowners for many years. They love living in Santa Barbara and have found that they have met many people who could live anywhere in the world but choose Santa Barbara. Rhea was a longtime volunteer at Laguna Blanca School, enthusiastically supporting its athletic and music programs and annual auction. She is a board member of the Hope Ranch Riding & Trails Association and has also worked on behalf of Domestic Violence Solutions of Santa Barbara County.

A California native originally from San Marino, Rhea is a proud member of the Trojan Family at the University of Southern California, where she earned a BA in Journalism and worked in advertising and retail management in Los Angeles. She enjoys horseback riding, cooking, gardening, travel and photography.
