Peggy Olcese's career in real estate began on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1980. It was in Hawaii where Peggy excelled in her chosen profession by working with her clients to find them their dream homes, acreages or condominiums. In her years in Hawaii, Peggy managed several multi-million dollar projects, such as the Thoryk Collection at Kohala Ranch and other prestigious developments.

In the summer of 1997 Peggy relocated her family to Marina Del Ray to be close to her extended family and to continue her career in real estate. Within a short period of time, Peggy was again a top producer and represented properties on the Westside, including properties in Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Venice.

As Peggy's success in Southbay was apparent, she decided, after getting engaged, to relocate once more to her fiancé's home in Carpinteria.
