Born in New York City and raised in Westhampton Beach, N.Y., Nick attended a Quaker Prep School called The George School and Graduated from Vassar College in 1983 with a B.A. in Economics. Nick earned his Real Estate License in 1989 and in 2000, earned his Brokers License. Since that time, he became one of the 5 owners of DBL Realtors, with 650+ agents in 8 offices from Palm Springs to the Beach. Nick is the Manager Emeritus of the firm’s original office on the Sunset Strip. Nick Segal became Vice President of DBL Realtors as well as the Manager for the firm’s Brentwood office and is the Regional Manager for DBL Realtors offices in Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. Now as a member of the Sotheby’s International Realty team, Nick is a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Brentwood Sotheby’s International Realty office He is also proud to continue to serve as one of five Presiding Officers for the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for the Greater Los Angeles/Beverly Hills Board of Realtors as a way to give back to the profession and to heighten the level of integrity in the field. Nick resides in Tarzana with his lovely wife of fifteen years, Deborah and is the proud father of two, Annie (14) and Teddy (9). Beyond the avid desire to play as much golf as possible, Nick enjoys his family, friends and his work.
