Earning her Master's Degree in Education from Pepperdine University, Melissa returned to Santa Barbara and spent three years as a teacher, inspired by her former elementary school instructor as well as her strong sense of family. Through teaching, she developed a deep commitment to community involvement as well as the versatile communication skills she brings to her successful real estate career.
