Marielle Abaunza is the ultimate people person. She genuinely cares for all who surround her, and this combined with her friendly personality and eagerness to help others makes her a great addition to the real estate industry.

She was born in Colombia, but her family originally hails from Nicaragua. Having lived in Miami most of her life, Marielle comes to Los Angeles with a fresh outlook. In Miami she managed her own film and video business along with two partners. At Oh My God Films she was in charge of business development and client relations. Her role was to service their clients' needs, and she accomplished this by creating a bond with each client, whereby she could anticipate what was required. Most recently, Marielle was part of Ascent Media's Soundelux Division, one of the biggest names in post-production audio.

With the relationships that she has built with enthusiasm and dedication, she is ready to take on all of her clients' real estate needs.

Marielle is personally committed to support Fyera Foundation's Sunflower Sun Power Kids, a program dedicated to helping Nicaraguan children who live in extreme poverty. They provide for the children's basic necessities: food, health care, education, and above all, love.
