After 30 years of international financial and management positions in the corporate world, including his role of CEO at a large worldwide diving manufacturer, Mamdouh decided he was ready for a change. Having enjoyed the process of building two homes in France, he'd found himself drawn to the idea of selling real estate. So when he moved back to the United States to be near his children, he began a new career as a realtor.

Specializing in Westside homes, Mamdouh is talented at researching properties and predicting market trends. Interested in building long-term relationships with his clients, he's naturally communicative and always accessible. His even keel, easygoing demeanor allows him to be persuasive without being aggressive, resulting in excellent negotiating skills. In short, he has a knack for intuiting which homes and transactions best suit the particular needs and tastes of each client.

Having lived on three continents, Mamdouh speaks fluid English, Arabic, French and some Italian. He received a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University, passed the four parts of the CPA Exam, and is a member of the Greater Beverly Hills Board of Realtors.
