Lynda Bohnett was born and raised in Santa Barbara. Her family has a long history in this town. Her grandfather was mayor during the 1950s, and Bohnett Park on the west side of town is named after him in honor of his civic contributions. Lynda lived in Hawaii for many years but came back to her roots in Santa Barbara because she feels there is no other place quite like Santa Barbara and all it has to offer.

Lynda has had decades of real estate experience. She and her husband were investors in California and Hawaiian real estate since the 1970s. Both were also involved in commercial real estate and appraisal endeavors for many years. Lynda has been an agent with this company for the past decade.

Lynda and her husband raised three children, and she's now expecting her first grandbaby. Her husband of 24 years died of cancer at an early age. Because of this, she has been active in cancer causes and is always available for helping or assisting those going through this painful process.

Lynda also is active in many church and prayer ministries. This is a quality that has served her well during the sometimes difficult transactions and negotiations. She is tenacious and diplomatic at the same time. She takes each buyer and seller on as a challenge to find the client the right home or bring the seller the right buyer. She looks forward to meeting new clients to help them realize their Santa Barbara dreams.
