A native Californian, Leslie Kavanaugh began her real estate career in 1979 and joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1998. A top-producing agent, Leslie specializes in the Westside communities of Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Beverly Hills. Over the years, she has participated in a variety of charitable and community organizations. She is currently serving on the Boards of Jewish Big Brothers/Camp Max Straus, Virginia Robinson Gardens and Sheryl Weisberg Lymphoma Research Fund. Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, she served as a sales associate, estates director, marketing director and training director as well as in a variety of management positions for several major real estate firms. She has received both the California 100 and the Circle of Distinction awards, President's Elite Circle and National President's Circle in recognition of her sales record and extensive experience. Currently, Leslie is recognized as being a part of the top 1.8% of NRT's 54,000 sales associates. She earned her Bachelor's and graduate degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
